  • Do you offer child car seats?

    Yes, we can provide child car seats upon request. Choose the child seats options during your booking or do let us know your requirements when making your reservation.

  • How far in advance should I book my ride?

    We recommend booking your ride as far in advance as possible, especially for peak travel times (24hrs) or special events(1 week). However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    At Luxe Avant, we strive to provide exceptional chauffeur services and ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers. To maintain clarity and transparency, we have established the following cancellation policy applicable to all services, tours, and transfers:


    1. Cancellation Notice:


       - Cancellations must be made **14 days** prior to the scheduled service to qualify for a **full refund**.


       - Cancellations made **7 days** prior to the scheduled service will incur a **50% refund**.


       - Cancellations made **1 day** or less before the scheduled service will be **non-refundable**.


    2. Refund Process:


       - All refunds will be processed in **Australian Dollars (AUD)**. 


       - Please note that refunds may be subject to changes based on current exchange rates. Luxe Avant will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk.


    3. How to Cancel:


       - To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team directly via phone, whatsapp text or email us with your booking details.
